6. Iron Man 4 Finally Gets Made
Robert Downey Jr. has flip-flopped about the prospect of doing a fourth Iron Man movie ever since the third one came out in 2013, and though this could very well be a sneaky negotiations tactic to keep Marvel Studios on their toes, it definitely smacks of Downey's ambivalence about his continued portrayal of the character.
Still, considering how Tony Stark boosts the box office of pretty much any movie he appears in, Disney will surely park a dumptruck full of money on Downey's lawn if they have to in order to get Iron Man 4 made within the next few years.
There's just too much money to be made for this not to happen: it'd make an easy billion dollars even if it was somehow terrible, and Marvel Studios will probably want to squeeze another movie out of Downey before he decides to bail from the franchise for good.
