Early on, Smith talks about going for his regular check-ups when he's discussing his Vegan diet and the good news is that his progress appears to have been great. Astonishing, to be honest.

He says that when he did his last cardio test, his doctor said that he should just keep doing whatever it is he's doing. because he's in such good shape now that the doctor couldn't see the area of his heart that had been diseased any more. He said he knew where to look, because he already knew where it happened, but without knowing that, he wouldn't be able to pick it out.

That's good news for anyone who loves Smith.

As an added indication of how healthy the guy he's sitting with is - and why Mr Rogan looks 35 but is 52 - at one point the host reveals that he once set off the sire alarm in his gym because he heated his body up too much during a workout challenge.
