10 Things We Learned From Robert Downey Jr On Joe Rogan's Podcast
1. Why He's Still Interested In Acting
After spending so much of his acting career (and life) playing one iconic character, you could forgive Robert Downey Jr. for wanting to take some time away from the arts in order to have a crack at something else for a while.
But, that apparently couldn't be further from the truth and Downey disclosed to Rogan that at heart he is still 'a fan' and that he loves movies, creativity, music and culture as a whole.
It was also fascinating to see how grateful Downey was for the fact that he 'had a place in it, while (he's) observing it and digging it' - in reference to culture as a whole - and this also clarifies why he is still creating/acting after winning the hollywood lottery with his role as Iron Man/Tony Stark.
Downey is not quite ready to hang up his acting shoes just yet and as long as his creative juices are still flowing, you can bet that we'll be seeing his face on our screens for many, many years to come.
