10 Things We Spotted In Spider-Man: No Way Home Trailer

The real treat of the trailer was in confirming that the film will be bringing back classic villains from prior cinematic iterations of Spider-Man.

Though the only one we unambiguously see is Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) from the Sam Raimi films, there are also major visual hints at various other supervillains who will presumably form the Sinister Six.

We hear the unmistakable cackle of the Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe) along with a pumpkin bomb, see several bolts of electricity hinting at Electro (Jamie Foxx), and a sandstorm implying Sandman (Thomas Hayden Church, though his casting is unconfirmed at this point).

But the one you might've missed is Lizard (Rhys Ifans, perhaps?), who is concealed in an extremely dark shot where we can see Peter reacting to a loud, bestial noise.

By cranking the brightness up we can just about discern the shape of Lizard, who appears to be trapped in some sort of containment field. It's much easier to spot Lizard in motion than in a screenshot, so check out the GIF below:
