10 Things We Want To See In Peter Jackson's Upcoming Beatles Documentary

3. More George Songs

Out of all the frustrations that were happening in the Beatles' world during this time, George Harrison really ended up getting a raw deal. The man was just coming into his own as a major songwriting force, but the hectic nature of the sessions led to none of his contributions being taken too seriously.

While the George material that made it onto the album like "I Me Mine" is great in its own right, it's a shame that none of the eventual solo album songs that Harrison was working on found their way onto the record. Harrison had written verbal indictments of his band mates like the angry "Wah-Wah," but hearing songs like "All Things Must Pass" with the Fab Four lending their touch would be interesting to see in the film.

Back in the mid-60's, it made sense that the band play it safe with some of George's material, but no one could have predicted just how good he would get in such a short amount of time. Lennon and McCartney may steer the Beatles musically, but the door may be open for the documentary to show Harrison leading the Fabs through a runthrough of his own stellar tune. They may not take it seriously, but the actual composition will speak for itself.
