Whilst the difficult leap from child actor to more mature roles besides The Archers, anyway Jones also dabbled in a modelling career. For a while she was the face of such prestigious fashion houses as Dolce & Gabbana and Burberry, appearing in multiple print and television campaigns where she had to make gormless faces and try to breathe some life into the sort of guff fashion copywriters pen. To this day she still goes to big fashion shows, comparing them to a 10-minute play. Theres all this anticipation and then the whole thing is finished. Its almost like a dream, like, Did that really happen? Its exciting. For the most part, though, she's now committed to her acting work. In fact, she's not even that fussed about the whole red carpet thing, which is where screen stars get to show off their fashion chops Often the last thing I want to do is stand up in front of 50 cameras on the red carpet, she says. I'd rather have a cup of hot milk and an early night!
