9. She Earned $12.5 Million For The Last Two Twilight Films
No matter how you feel about the Twilight movies, there's no denying the fact that they were huge - culturally, finically, phenomenally... you name it, they did it in a massive way. Kristen Stewart was launched to global fame as a result of her turn as troubled, broody protagonist Bella Swan, of course, along with the fact that she began dating her co-star, Robert Pattinson, who sent millions and millions of teenage girls wild with his role as vampire heartthrob Edward Cullen. There's a lot to dislike about Twilight, of course, but the movies themselves probably aren't quite as bad as people who haven't actually seen them tend to think - especially when compared to the terribly written source material (that's a debate for another day). Stewart polarised opinion with her take on Bella Swan, with many calling her cardboard and one-note, but those criticisms were unlikely to faze the actress, given that she pulled in a whopping $12.5 million dollars for her appearances in the last two movies in the franchise alone. No matter how you see it, she definitely got the last laugh.
