10 Things You Didn't Know About Leonardo DiCaprio

3. He Can't Sing For Sh*t

Well, you can't be good at everything.

So even if Leonardo DiCaprio has found success in Hollywood, in business, as a philanthropist, and as a purveyor - and seducer - of attractive women, he still lacks one defining skill that oh so many folk in the entertainment business seem to have at least a minor grasp on: he can't sing to safe his life (even John C. Reilly can sing!).

Ever wondered why the actor has never bothered to try his hand at anything remotely musical, or why you've failed to glimpse him even as part of a jokey karaoke scene in any of his pictures? Ta-da! It's because - and this is according to the man himself, by the way - Leonardo DiCaprio has a super terrible voice.

"To be honest, I'm not really prepared to do a musical, simply because I think I have a pretty atrocious voice," he once said, referring to the time when he and director Baz Luhrmann pondered DiCaprio as the lead for Moulin Rogue! "We had a friendly thing where it was me and him and a piano player, and we tried to sing a song together. It didn't go too well. I think it was Lean on Me, and when I hit the high note, he just turned to me and said), 'I don't know if this conversation should continue.'" Erk.
