10 Things You Didn't Know About Margot Robbie

2. She Was Nearly Taken Into The Marvel Universe

Roles are being thrown at Robbie following the furore of The Wolf Of Wall Street, but she has missed out on a few notable jobs throughout her career, including one which might have prevented her from becoming Harley Quinn. She was initially being lined up to play Sue Storm a.k.a. The Invisible Woman in the upcoming reboot of the Fantastic Four, while Game Of Thrones star Kit Harington was being touted for the role of Reed Richards a.k.a. Mr Fantastic, though the parts fell to House Of Cards actress Kate Mara and Divergent actor Miles Teller. Robbie also auditioned for the 2011 TV reboot of Charlie's Angels but didn't get the role, with ABC producers instead offering her a part on Pan Am. She took up the role, but the show was short-lived and cancelled, despite critical acclaim. Charlie's Angels was also axed soon after.
