7. Yautjas And Humans Have A Weird Relationship
Not like that you dirty little gremlins, but in Alien vs Predator in 2004 Yautjas are seen to have been on earth as early as the Mayans. Temples were built to hunt xenomorphs for those previously mentioned killings, and human beings of the time saw them as gods for their technological prowess.
Given that humans are physically weaker, you’d think that Yautjas don’t see us as worthy prey but that surprisingly isn’t the case. Our intelligence and sneaky cunning have actually made the Predator fear the prey.
However, our relationship with Yautjas isn’t all bad! In the Predator: Concrete Jungle game that came out in 2005, one character is granted a longer lifespan via yautja blood due to the super long lifespan of the creatures which can be transferred to human beings.
Humans can also join Yautja clans. In the Alien vs Predator novels, we follow Machiko Noguchi whose fighting abilities impresses a Yautja so much he allows her to join his clan. She even ends up wanting to have children with one Yautja...
