10 Times You Wanted Things From Movies (THAT DIDN'T ACTUALLY EXIST)

2. Super Ben & Jerry Flavours (Marvel Cinematic Universe)

"Just how close were fans to actually being able to march out to their local supermarket and dig into their favourite brand of Avenger-themed ice cream?", your writer hears you ask.

Well, according to the talented minds behind the scripts for Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, Hulk-A-Hulk-A-Burning Fudge and Stark Raving Hazelnuts becoming a tasty reality was at the very least discussed at one point.

This wouldn't have been the first time that Ben & Jerry's would've unleashed a tie-in flavour, by any means, with the company creating everything from a Barack Obama to a Tonight Show variation over the years.

However, in a seriously disappointing development for ice cream and Marvel scoffers, Ben & Jerry's would confirm in a statement in the lead-up to Endgame that fans would "have to suffer as this flavour only exists in the MCU.”

As Markus himself put it during a Quarantine Infinity War Watch Party, though, "Why that didn't happen is one of life's great mysteries."
