10. "A Waste Of Good Scotch" - Skyfall
Skyfall wasnt Bonds finest hour as an agent. His age and years of injuries were catching up with him and he failed nearly all of his mission objectives, including protecting M from the vengeful Silvia. Even if he wasnt feeling himself none of this excuses his attitude to the death of poor Severine. Severine was Silvas mistress and a former child prostitute who Bond used to find Silva's secret lair. Silva then takes Bond for some friendly target practice, placing a shot glass filled with expensive scotch on Severine's head. Bond is forced to take a shot and misses, only for Silva to coldly execute. Bonds response to the death of the terrified woman he used to complete his mission? That's a waste of good scotch. Maybe he was just trying to act neutral so he could launch a surprise attack on Silvas men moments later, but he never expresses regret or acknowledges her death afterwards. He usually has a cold attitude towards women but this troubling moment left a bad taste with many in the audience.
