2. Frigga

Somewhat surprisingly for a lot of people, Thor's mother Frigga proved herself to be quite the adept, capable and downright formidable warrior in Thor: The Dark World. Of course, by default, Frigga is Asgardian and, as such, has the strength and durability to dwarf even the most strongest human beings, but to see how skilled she was when it came to having a fight was quite unexpected. When Malekith invaded Asgard looking for the Aether (which had infected Jane Foster), Foster and Frigga stayed away from the furore. However, Malekith's forces fought their way to the pair and Frigga was forced to battle him. The Queen of Asgard withdrew a sword and engaged the movie's main villain - who later proved capable of at least competing with Thor himself in physical combat - and she undoubtedly bested him with her incredible skills. She was, sadly, killed by the incredibly powerful Kurse before the battle came to a close, but that's nothing to be ashamed of given that he later threw Thor around like a child's toy.
