Somehow that tiny man with the distinctly familiar gait going through airport security is not in fact who it seems to be. He might have the same waddle-like walk that made the Penguin so iconic, and the same physical appearance that made his appearance opposite Arnie in Twins so funny, but it's not him. Even though he does have a production link with Tarantino - it still isn't him.

And if this fella isn't earning a living as a DeVito impersonator, he's in the wrong profession.
