10 Underrated Disney/Pixar Songs

3. I'm Still Here (Jim's Theme) - Treasure Planet

Treasure Planet is an excellent film let down by the fact that it cost $140million to make - the most expensive 2D animated movie of all time.

It has great characters, enough twists on Robert Louis Stephenson's original to make it worth watching, and it looks stunning. Seriously, this might be one of the best looking animated films ever.

Sadly, its enormous price tag meant that it was a total flop at the box office, as it failed to make its budget back. Despite this disappointment, the film is still a joy to watch and boasts of one of Disney's best ever songs.

I'm Still Here is performed by lead singer of The Goo Goo Dolls, John Rzeznik. It's an angsty-as-hell rock number that mirrors Jim Hawkins reliving his tragic past and pondering on where his future might take him.

I'm Still Here packs a genuine emotional punch; Rzeznik's vocals soar over heavy guitars and a driving beat to plough home the sense of teenage dread and anxiety that is amplified by the film's intergalactic setting.

The film might have lost Disney millions, but it still deserves to be celebrated for pushing the boundaries of traditional animation and for this outstanding song.
