10 Unintentionally Funny Moments From Batman V Superman

In a movie filmed with confusing motivations, Lex Luthor's is the biggest head-scratcher. He seems to hate Superman because when his father beat him as a child, no savior came out of the sky to save him. Yet he seems to have no problem with Zod. In fact, he forms a very creepy bond with the dead Kryptonian. 

After getting access to Zod's body through Jolly Rancher bribes, Luthor uses his corpse to create a Kryptonian Frankenstein's monster (not sure how he knew how to do that). While the sequence is certainly confusing, the humor comes from Luthor caressing Zod's corpse as he weeps.

I'll be the first to admit that this movie needed a little more emotional connection. I'm just not sure the scene with a Michael Shannon dummy in the alien bath water was the right scene to fit it in. It's yet another example of how the movie tries to make Luthor a unhinged and threatening villain, but just makes him goofy. 

He's crying and smearing blood all over the naked corpse-- not so much "haha" funny, but more "let's laugh so it's not so awkward" funny.
