10 Unnecessary Star Wars Details You Need To Know

4. No One Ever Says "Ewok"

Believe it or not, despite being a series absolutely drowning in exposition and the lore of the multitude of races and planets taking up residence within it, the name of arguably one of its most notable beings is never once spoken aloud in a Skywalker Saga entry!

It didn't matter that the little furry forces of nature almost single-handedly took down the incoming Imperial forces or acted as one of the key players in Return of the Jedi, the likes of Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, and Han Solo didn't once discover or let loose the Endor natives' name over the course of their time on-screen.

That still didn't stop the Ewoks from going on to become one of the most recognisable and divisive aliens ever to skip into the Star Wars landscape, mind. But it is rather bizarre to note how, outside of the film's credits, these Skywalker Saga critters were never once given the honour of having their name stated on the big-screen.

How rude!
