8. Killer Croc - Suicide Squad

The Villain: Killer Croc suffers from a skin disorder which has caused his exterior to resemble that of a reptile, while being tough enough that it can easily withstand gunfire, and much like a lizard, he can regrow lost limbs at will. He also possesses superhuman strength, speed and smell, and thrives in water, so he frequently tries to lure Batman there. Why He'll Be Ruined: Though the make-up job on Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje certainly looks solid, it's hard to reconcile the extremely goofy attire they've kitted Croc out in, namely this ridiculous-looking hoodie get-up. Sure, the Croc we see here was never going to be the card-carrying villain from other comic arcs, but he'd look a lot less silly if he was just shirtless for the whole movie. Granted, Croc's lack of intellect and frequent use as comic relief means that it's hard to take him that seriously as a bad guy anyway, but seeing Croc more as a man-beast and less as a regular dude with scaly skin would've been much more interesting (if also much harder to achieve).
