You may not have known that David Cronenberg's 1977 cult classic body horror film Rabid is getting a remake, so you'll definitely not know that it features cameo appearances from ex-WWE legends Phil "CM Punk" Brooks and his wife, April "AJ Lee" Mendez.

Punk, who is earning rave reviews for his new horror movie Girl on the Third Floor, has a small role in Rabid as Billy, an outgoing man who ends up being feasted upon by the insatiable protagonist, Rose (Laura Vandervoort). AJ, meanwhile, shows up briefly as a socialite named Kira.

Rather cheekily, the film's posters are giving Punk's name a high billing...despite reviews indicating that he's in the movie for all of a few minutes. Nevertheless, WWE fans should get a kick out of seeing hubby and wife cameoing in the same movie.
