Another star who has found herself in the headlines more then she'd likely prefer as of late, amidst all the chaos surrounding Amber Heard's very much public trial with ex-husband Johnny Depp it was revealed that the Aquaman star's role in the upcoming DC sequel had been "pared-down" in the wake of their high-profile legal battle.

It's also worth noting that the Head of Warner Bros. DC unit Walter Hamada did confess to weighing up whether to recast Heard in the role altogether at one point, though this was due to the fact that "the chemistry wasn’t there” between herself and leading man Jason Momoa, with it taking a lot of "movie magic" to make their relationship work in the first film.
