4. Frozen 2 ISN'T Just Another Disney Sequel

Though Disney has kept details about the hugely anticipated Frozen 2 typically scarce, it's safe to say that most fans are reasonably expecting a sequel that will expand Elsa (Idina Menzel) as a character by focusing on her back story, namely her and Anna's (Kristen Bell) possibly-still-alive parents.

But there's compelling, mounting evidence to suggest that Frozen 2 will actually be far more than that - it will pivot the series into superhero movie territory.

One suspects - or hopes, at least - that Disney is toying with fans a little bit here, and rather than follow the totally played-out, conventional formula of so many Disney movies, Frozen 2 will ditch the predictable familial soul-searching and veer off in a wildly unexpected direction.

Prominent fan theories have already talked up the prospect of Frozen 2 establishing an Avengers-like roster of seasonal-powered superheroes, and considering a) how much money the MCU has made Disney b) how much Disney loves money and c) how few superhero movies there are for young girls, it makes all the sense in the world.

Introducing seasonal superheroes would also allow the prospect of the Frozen Cinematic Universe, whereby these new characters could get their own spin-off movies, effectively allowing Disney to print even more money for the foreseeable future.

It's happening, for sure. Probably.
