10 Upcoming Movies NOBODY Actually Wants To See

There have been a lot of animated Barbie movies over the years (she was even part of the Toy Story franchise), but a live-action version is happening... and not about the origins of how the doll was created! Instead, it seems it will follow Barbie in the real world after she's exiled from her home.

Uh, what?

The original plan was for Amy Schumer to play Barbie, with the titular character explored as someone who is, in fact, imperfect in reality. It's a unique premise, but one which may have gone out of the window now that Margot Robbie has been cast. Elements from that version could find it into this one, but don't be surprised if it's just a goofy, fish out of water comedy.

With Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach penning the screenplay and the former in talks to direct, there could still be a strong, feminist message, but not only is a Barbie movie something little girls don't even seem desperate for these days, it doesn't even sound like it will be targeted at its core audience!
