9. Chris Pratt - Jurassic World

It has to be said that the buzz around the initial trailers for the upcoming Jurassic World has been mixed at best. Many people believe that we don't need any more Jurassic Park movies and that the franchise should have ended after the second, or even first installment. While genetically enhanced hybrid dinosaurs does sound rather silly and some of the effects in the trailer look a little on the dodgy side, if there's any reason why it could be worth a watch then its star, Chris Pratt, is it. Pratt has come a long way since regularly appearing on Parks And Recreation and he's proven with his portrayal of Peter Quinn/Star Lord in Guardians Of The Galaxy that he can handle lead roles in big blockbusters. More importantly, his comic timing and generally affable personality means that, whatever shortcomings Jurassic World may suffer from (and perhaps we should wait until it's finally out before jumping to conclusions) Chris Pratt will be a pleasure to watch.
