6. Lashana Lynch Still Hasn't Heard A Damn Thing About Nomi - Next James Bond Movie

Coming into the latest and final instalment for Daniel Craig's James Bond, Lashana Lynch's Nomi taking her place as the new 007 felt pretty inevitable.

And sure enough, by the time No Time to Die sailed off into the sunset, the MI6 agent had very much spent the majority of the runtime acting as the latest figure to boast the iconic digits.

However, with it being reported in the wake of Bond 25's arrival that the leading character and series would likely be going through something of a "reinvention" before he rocks up in the next entry of the long-running franchise, Lynch's involvement as Nomi in any future Bond outings appeared to be in a bit of danger.

And the star's own comments to Empire recently of only ever signing up to do "one film" and not being aware of any future plans for the breakout star of No Time to Die also don't make for pleasant reading for fans of the wise-cracking 007 successor.

Perhaps said "reinvention" could still involve Nomi acting as an ever-present colleague for the next Bond. But at this current moment in time, it doesn't seem like anyone really has any idea what is in store for 007 in the coming years.
