Expected to land like a linguini tornado on the Cartoon Network sometime in 2017, the TV series will focus on the adventures Lockwood and the equally eccentric fellow inhabitants of Swallow Falls. Including, one hopes, plenty of Steve the Monkey.
Will It Work?
If they retain the absurdist charm of the films then this has the potential to rival Springfield as the capital of the cartoon towns.
