Arguably the most elaborate of all upcoming costumes in comic book movies, Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange's will certainly take some creating. With drapes fit for a monarch, the powerful Earth-based sorcerer looks exceptionally grand. He wears a long flowing cloak (the Cloak of Levitation), which has an extravagantly high collar, and blue robes with yellow/gold trim and various gold trinkets, buttons and buckles. It essentially makes Thor look like a vagabond and could come across as "too much" in live action, so it may well need to be toned down somewhat by Marvel, but not so much that it doesn't resemble the Sorcerer Supreme - and that's the dilemma the film-makers face.
