The plot of Batman Unchained would have apparently featured a clash of ideologies between Batman and young upstart Robin (which was already seeded in Batman & Robin), which would have eventually led to a spin-off for Chris O'Donnell's Boy Wonder.

He admitted that the spin-off had been on the table when Batman & Robin was wrongly assumed to be a home run, and while there were scant details offered when he announced what could have been in 2012, it's reasonable to assume we would have got a Nightwing movie with Robin striking out on his own.

Sadly - like the Michelle Pfeiffer-starring Catwoman spin-off - it was killed by the performance of Schumacher's work. While Catwoman died because Batman Forever ushered in a new era of non-gritty Batman movies, Batman & Robin's performance simply stopped spin-offs being a possibility. It was the ultimate franchise killer, and Robin was consigned to the scrap heap - where he still remains aside from a holy costume glimpsed in Batman v Superman.
