7. Everyone Wants The Mind Stone

We know that Thanos will collect all six Infinity Stones sometime in Infinity War, likely at the end of Part 1, which he will probably use to defeat The Avengers and leave a number of the heroes dead or gravely injured. With the Mind Stone being used to create Vision and now residing on his forehead, don't be surprised if Thanos ends up discovering this fact in Civil War, for though the supervillain won't be appearing in the film, it's entirely possible that a subordinate character (possibly Zemo) will find out and go to deliver the news. Alternatively, a post-credits scene may feature The Collector learning of the item's location, or depending upon how badly Scarlet Witch hurts Vision during their fight scene, perhaps the Stone itself will land in The Collector's possession. This is all before Thanos inevitably steals it from him in Infinity War, of course. It could happen a multitude of ways, but the end result will be the same: Vision gets taken out of commission and Thanos ends up with the Mind Stone. Considering that Thanos still doesn't appear to have a single Infinity Stone, it's time to get the ball rolling.
