Of all the little bits of random information provided by Rowling on the internet, this is truly the worst of them all.
The revelation that wizards didn't actually use muggle plumbing in Hogwarts until the eighteenth century and would literally defecate on the floor then magic away the evidence is so ridiculous and disturbing that it's bizarre this would even be a thought to J.K. Rowling, let alone something she'd choose to share in 2019.
It's such a stupid and nonsensical piece of information to reveal that it's now the Harry Potter example of when oversharing goes wrong, becoming a source of ridicule on the internet upon its revelation.
