4. Thats Where Leia got Her Feistiness From
Star Wars girls are the best, right? In The Phantom Menace we already get to see where Leia gets her attitude from. Padme (or indeed Queen Amidala) shows us the two sides to Lucas girls. Both mother and daughter carry off the posh voice front of their role in the galaxy and both aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. They also have a knack for falling for the rogue but that's something for a later article. In addition, were shown where Leias perseverance to do the right thing comes from, especially when Padme makes the shock move to go back to Naboo to save her people. Luke and Leia may very well get their Force sensibilities from their dad but they certainly seem to have got their sense of right and wrong from their mother. Of course we also know where they got their R2 unit from too!
