Directed by the Soska Sisters, better known in the horror community as the Twisted Twins, American Mary arrived in 2012 and made everyone who saw it think twice about getting plastic surgery.
It centres around the titular Mary, a medical student who's low on cash. Of course she is, she's a medical student.
After getting turned away by a strip club (rough), Mary inadvertently finds herself in the world of extreme body modifications. She is approached by a woman who has made herself look like Betty Boop who asks Mary to perform a similar operation on her friend.
We won't go into the details of the surgery now, but you'll feel parts of your body you never even knew you had.
The more popular Mary gets, the more surgeries she accepts. As a viewer, you see all of it right down to the very last explicit detail.
