Album: Hellbilly Deluxe (1998)

References: La Morte Vivante (The Living Dead Girl) is a 1982 French exploitation film directed by Jean Rollin about a young woman who despite having died two years earlier returns as a beautiful (and often naked) zombie. The girl is taken in by her sister, who procures victims to satisfy her thirst for blood.

“Goldfoot’s machine” is a reference to the film Dr Goldfoot And The Bikini Machine (1965), and the “S.S. whore” mentioned is most likely Ilsa She Wolf Of The S.S. (1975).

The black and white music video was inspired by Robert Wiene’s The Cabinet Of Dr Caligari (1920).

Dialogue Samples: “Who is this irresistible creature who has an insatiable love for the dead?”

- Trailer for Lady Frankenstein (1971)

“What are you thinking about?”

“The same thing you are.”

- Daughters Of Darkness (1971)
