10 Worst Film Couples Of The Last 20 Years

Oh, Gigli. You silly, silly little movie. Part of me honestly feels bad about all the negative reviews this movie continues to receive. The other part of me still remembers the truly haunting scene where Jennifer Lopez seduces Ben Affleck by telling him "it's turkey time, gobble gobble."

Despite their real life romance - or possibly because of it - they managed to craft some of the most cringe-worthy love scenes ever thrown up onto the big screen.

Forget the stilted dialogue. Forget the whiplash-inducing changes in tone. Forget the fact that Bennifer was poised to take over the world when Gigli came out. This movie stunk because its two stars couldn't achieve a legitimate spark if their genitals were replaced with flint and kindling.

It's not that they're incapable of playing off each other on occasion, it's just that it all comes off less like a genuine couple and more like those uncomfortably close siblings who still have tickle fights well into their 30s. It's embarrassing for everyone involved. And a little icky.
