10 Worst Foods In Film That Will Put You Off Eating Forever

7. Everything On The Table - Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom (1984)

The elaborate banquet scene in this Speilberg and Lucas classic is one of the greatest gross-out feasts ever made. It€™s enough to turn anyone vegan with a table full of steaming bowls of faux delicacies such as snakes filled with eels, giant scarab beetles and a bobbing eyeball soup. George Lucas suggested that both he and Steven Spielberg had both gone through messy breakups when making the film and so it ended up a lot darker than it was supposed to be, going on to say €˜Once we got out of our bad moods, which went on for a year or two, we kind of looked at it and went, €˜Mmm, we certainly took it to the extreme.€™ Though it€™s difficult to tell, the beetles were made of plastic and filled with custard and the chilled monkey brains were a custard and raspberry combo. Even thinking about this scene makes the audience relive Kate Capshaw€™s vivid quote, €˜give me your hat - I€™m gonna puke in it!€™
