Why Marlon Wayans thought playing six characters at once in a screwball comedy would work out any better for him than it did Eddie freaking Murphy, we as a species shall never know. But at least with a film this terrible, we might not need to ask such a question again.

Starring the lesser Wayans brother, this brain dead comedy has basically nothing beyond its initial hook, of a man learning that he was separated at birth from his six other siblings, and goes on a road trip to reunite them all, and all our principle players are played by the same guy.

It's already hard to talk at length about a bad comedy because there's only so many ways you can say "that's not funny". The previous entries have exhausted most of my humorous analogies, so I suppose it's best to just leave it at that: this movie is really, REALLY, not funny. At all.

John Tibbetts is a novelist in theory, a Whatculture contributor in practice, and a nerd all around who loves talking about movies, TV, anime, and video games more than he loves breathing. Which might be a problem in the long term, but eh, who can think that far ahead?
