11 Awesome 2015 Horror Movies To Watch This Halloween

3. Deathgasm

And the award for best horror movie title of 2015 goes to...Deathgasm. This New Zealand horror comedy sees a metal band accidentally unleash an ancient evil upon the world, and they must then attempt to send it back from whence it came. This isn't the most clever or technically stunning film of its type, but it's terrifically fun thanks to a ton of outrageous gore (most of which is practical), game performances and a gleefully nutty premise. It's got brutal dismemberment, the most jaw-dropping use of a sex toy in recent cinema history, beautiful women and awesome metal music: what more could you want? In many ways it's the prototypical midnight movie, aware of how utterly ridiculous it is and constantly pushing itself just that little bit further. Plus, the fact it's a Kiwi horror just distinguishes it that little bit extra. Don't miss it.
