Even though it's always pretty sloppy, sometimes it's understandable when crew members end up accidentally captured in a scene: if there's a reflective surface or a busy scene that requires multiple angles, it's just about forgivable.

What isn't forgivable is when a scene just shows a cameraman in shot shooting without so much as a casual second thought to the fact that they're ruining the shot. Such is the case in Sean Penn's 1983 flick Bad Boys, which features one of the most egregious crew interruptions in the history of film...

There's not even a slight attempt to disguise it.

Somehow, this wasn't picked up by the director or the editing team in the edit, who somehow came to the conclusion that that was the best shot. Imagine how bad the other ones must have been for a cameraman just crouching directly in shot to be an improvement.
