10. Is The Avengers Fully Set Up?

In first proper shot of Captain America in the trailer you can clearly sees he's suit's had a bit of an upgrade from what he wore at various points of The Winter Soldier (what superhero movie would it be if there wasn't the opportunity for new action figures). The change is rather subtle, but poses a big question. After the events of The Avengers, it looked like the gang was going their separate ways, the World Security Council refusing to endorse their existence. Here, however, Cap's sporting a nicely designed Avengers logo on his shoulder pad, suggesting the team has become a bit more established in the gaps between films, despite little of this being seen on screen. Whether the team stepped up to the plate in the aftermath of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s destruction (which would gently lead into the creation of a protecting A.I.), or Tony Stark's been getting ready the whole time (as suggested by the final shot of The Avengers) will have to wait until the film, or the next trailer, arrives.
