11 Things Justice League Must Avoid

10. Giving Away The "Wow" Moments In Trailers

Batman V Superman Doomsday
Warner Bros.

Batman v Superman's marketing campaign started off so well, but a few months ahead of release, Warner Bros. got nervous and decided to put out a trailer that spoiled the arrival of Doomsday in the third act and told fans much more than they really wanted or needed to know.

The studio needs to dial things back and have faith that audiences will turn up for Justice League without needing to spoil most of the big money shots ahead of time. A brief glimpse of Steppenwolf is acceptable considering him being the villain isn't at all a secret, but if Darkseid has a cameo in the movie, we don't need to see it.

And you know what fans really don't need to see before they're sat in the cinema? Superman. Not even a hint, please.
