3. Enchantress

How She Could Die: There's much talk right now as to whether Enchantress actually ends up being the movie's antagonist, as she's not actually a member of the Suicide Squad. Could she be unleashing the supernatural entities in the trailer that the rest of the squad need to take down?

Even if not, her mental instability is a huge issue here: this could easily get herself or others killed, and in the comics in fact resulted in botched missions. It's also possible (but less likely) that the Enchantress part of the June Moore character could be exorcised during the movie, though considering how much the film already has to juggle, this sounds a bit too involved.

Why She Probably Won't: She'll probably live because she's supernatural and it's just too easy to bring her back to life even if she "dies". Plus, Cara Delevingne is one of the more recognisable cast members, and so Warner may want to market the hell out of her in the future.
