How He Could Die: He's the undeniable dummy of the group, a brute who speaks more with actions than words, so he seems like a prime candidate to hold off enemy forces while the remaining members of the group slip away. Plus, considering that we're almost certainly never getting Batman vs Killer Croc in a movie, killing him off wouldn't do much harm to the bigger picture as it would with other characters.

Why He Probably Won't: On the other hand, he has the potential to become a fan favourite ala The Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe depending upon how he's depicted. Considering that he seems to be more along the human line rather than the beast (going by the hoodie and humanoid-esque appearance), this reinvention could simply be too entertaining to bin him off in his first movie.
