2. Chris & Rod - Get Out

Get Out's incredible surprise ending sees Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) make his uneasy escape from the Armitage household with the help of his TSA officer friend Rod (Lil Rel Howery).

Though this subverted the expected ending where Chris would be gunned down by a trigger-happy white cop, it's safe to say that, leaving the Armitage house on fire with a trail of white corpses, the cops wouldn't be far behind Chris and Rod.

There's only one way this conceivably plays out, and that's the pair being shot to death by a fleet of white cops. Whether or not Rod can buy them some time with his TSA connections, they're gonna get found and taken out sooner or later. It's depressing, sure, but you know it to be true.
