12 Actors Who Could Breakout In 2017

Pretty much any actor that gets a role in a Marvel film is looking at a major career boost, however, Spider-Man: Homecoming is a special example as it has a good deal of newcomers in the cast. While Tom Holland is already a star thanks to his appearance in Captain America: Civil War, many of the younger actors playing Peter Parker's schoolmates will be making their first impressions on audiences. And the most likely star to breakout is Zendaya.

Zendaya is a former Disney Channel star and this will be her first major movie role. While his appearance in the trailer is very brief and doesn't reveal much about her role, there has been talk that she does have a significant part, maybe even the love interest of Peter. There are still rumors that she'll be taking the iconic role of Mary Jane, albeit a little more acerbic judging by the trailer.

There's little doubt this movie will be a massive hit. Marvel seems to know how to make this character work and it's great to see them embracing the high school setting. As for Zendaya's role, there definitely seems to be more than meets the eye and I think she'll surprise a lot of people when the movie hits theaters.
