12 Awful Films MCU Actors Want You To Forget

2. Chris Pratt - Deep In The Valley

Guardians of the Galaxy superstar Chris Pratt had more than his fair share of shots at Hollywood stardom before the lead role in James Gunn’s beloved franchise came calling. As well as a role in cult comedy Parks and Recreation, the actor cropped up in everything from 2008’s Mark Millar adaptation Wanted to schlocky Megan Fox vehicle Jennifer’s Body before finally becoming a household name with 2014’s one-two punch of blockbusters The Lego Movie and Guardians of the Galaxy.

However when it came time to select a single title Pratt might want to erase from his CV, one name came to mind (no pun intended). 2009’s raunchy comedy Deep in the Valley sees Pratt play a shiftless porn addict who find himself transported to, no joke, an alternate dimension where everyone else is an actor in a porno.

This leads to all manner of corny gross-out humour, and the flick fell flat with both audiences and critics alike upon release—probably because a movie trying to parody porn would need an NC-17 rating to pull off the trick.
