10. Marvel's Most Wanted
Though the MCU is arguably the biggest franchise in the history of cinema, not all of its aspects are loved equally. The small screen side of the cinematic universe just doesn’t get the love it deserves. The Defenders had its fair share of fans, and the upcoming Disney+ shows are sure to be a hit, but what about Agents of SHIELD?
Led by Phil Coulson, the titular group has been going for almost seven seasons at this point, and over the team’s few iterations, there have been some brilliant characters introduced. Two of these had their time in the MCU cut criminally short midway through season three, Lance Hunter and Bobbi Morse.
The partners were at one stage set to star in their own spin off show, Marvel’s Most Wanted, and even shot a pilot episode. However, ABC ultimately passed on the show, cutting Hunter and Bobbi’s ties to the MCU completely.
The two kick ass characters were a huge part of the SHIELD team, and the show was never quite the same after they left. Both deserved more time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Most Wanted would have been the perfect way to shine a spotlight on them going forward.
