No, it’s Michelle Pfeiffer’s fearless performance in Tim Burton’s darkly funny, Gothic sequel Batman Returns that we’re discussing here. We’ve spoken before about the work which went into Pfeiffer’s incredible turn; from being stitched into the character’s skin tight catsuits to actually holding a live bird in her mouth to nail one take, hut unfortunately, even the screen’s best Catwoman had her struggles.
For proof, look no further than the actress’ impressive acrobatic display during the character’s early sojourn to a department store. Pfeiffer manages to nail the cartwheels, incredibly enough, but her heels aren’t fit for purpose and clearly vanish during the stunt.
