12 Best Entrances In Comic Book Movies

4. Ooga Chaka Ooga Chaka Ooga Ooga Ooga Chaka! €“ Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014)

It€™s hard to have a great entrance when there are no other characters in the scene to witness it, but Peter €œStar-Lord€ Quill does just that in Marvel€™s Guardians of the Galaxy. It is a literal song and dance routine between Quill and the audience that establishes the title and tone of the film. Upon entering the temple on Morag, Peter busts several moves while kicking space lizards and using one of them as a placeholder for a microphone for some hilarious lip-synching. Everything happening on the screen is playful, silly, and surprisingly endearing. The same can be said for the rest of the film that follows. With the music of Redbone, Peter Quill invites everyone watching to €œCome and Get Your Love,€ which is funny, but also holds greater value. Fun and laughs are massive factors in Guardians of the Galaxy€™s story, but so are love and heart. A lot of those two elements went into the making of the film and it comes through in the experience with which it provides the audience.
