10. How Did The Penguin Get The Batmobile Plans? - Batman Returns
While Selina Kyle begins a relationship with Bruce Wayne in Batman Returns, her masked alter-ego is plotting to help Penguin frame Batman for the kidnapping and murder of Gotham's Ice Princess beauty queen. The grotesque villain uses Catwoman to distract Batman while he has his goons disassemble the Batmobile and fit a device that will allow Penguin to remotely control the car.
Nice plan, only where exactly do Penguin's mooks get the schematics for the Batmobile they're clearly referring to as they take the car apart (not to mention the engineering skills to pull off the changes)?
It's not like Batman would be making those publicly available in City Hall or Gotham's library. Presumably he'd want to keep the secrets of his mega-powerful, one-off superhero vehicle under-wraps, and yet the Penguin is able to somehow get over the fact that he lives in the sewers to get his hands on the plans so simply it wasn't deemed important enough to be shown on screen... What gives?
