12 Greatest Ever Character Entrances In MCU History

9. T'Challa (Captain America: Civil War)

Kicking off Phase Three of the MCU in style was the much anticipated Captain America: Civil War. Bringing back just about every living superhero for the journey, the movie missed only Thor and Hulk. Luckily however, their absence was more than made up for by a couple of newcomers.

The first of these came with the ratification of the Sokovia Accords at the UN. Joining his father and King of Wakanda was T’Challa. He gave a very diplomatic first impression, but when T’Chaka was seemingly killed by Bucky, his thoughts soon turned to vengeance.

He wasn’t the only one hunting down James Barnes, though Steve Rogers wanted to find his best friend with very different intentions in mind. After fighting off the police and allowing Bucky to escape, the former Winter Soldier was met by a mysterious, and immediately gripping stranger.

Clad in his Black Panther suit, complete with vibranium structure and claws, T’Challa hit the ground running as the newest resident of the MCU and immediately showed exactly why he would go on to become one of the most popular characters in the franchise’s history.
