12 Greatest Ever Character Entrances In MCU History

5. T'Challa (Avengers: Endgame)

After Thanos collected the Infinity Stones in Infinity War, and snapped half of all existence in the universe to dust, there was a long year before Endgame came out. Everyone knew that the fallen heroes would be returning eventually, but how and when was a different story.

The Avengers that survived the snap performed the Time Heist of Scott Lang’s design, brought the Stones back to the present day, and had Hulk snap his own fingers. This brought everybody back that Thanos had killed, though they wouldn’t return to the screen until the Battle of Earth was well underway.

Maybe Doctor Strange timed it this way, but just as Captain America’s one-man army stood up to Thanos’ immeasurable army, a crackling transmission from Sam came through and the first Sling Ring portal opened up on his left.

Through came T’Challa, accompanied by Shuri and Okoye. As the Black Panther had become one of the most popular and iconic characters in the MCU, and was one of the more surprising additions to the list of characters dusted, it was perhaps fitting that his return came first, signalling the hope and lives of every other hero in the franchise.
